Culinary Essential
Learn the culinary basics in our fundamentals of the kitchen modules and our food knowledge and science modules. Practice what has already been learned with the help of 50+ foundational interactive recipes.

Culinary Professional
Apply previous knowledge to new food groups and broaden the understanding of the fundamentals of the kitchen. 45+ interactive recipes will allow for practicing and deepening what's already been learned.

Q&A
Click on the book icon in the navigation bar. This will show you all the courses you are enrolled in. You can also visit your dashboard to access your recent courses.
Complete the course at your own pace. Close the window with the course when you want to leave the course, your progress will be saved by the system. When you are back in the course you can restart from where you stopped last time.
In each course, there is an exchange forum specifically for this purpose. You can also send private or group messages by going to the chat icon in the navigation bar.
For each recipe course you can upload a photo of your product and assess your work. Once you are on the page with the uploading functionality, click on “add photos”, then "add entry". Please note the photos must be max 20 MB. Once you have uploaded the photos and completed the self-evaluation, click on "save". In list view, you can see your own photos and those of your colleagues.
Check your notifications (bell icon at the top right corner). Once the feedback is there, it will be shown behind the notification, and you can access the feedback from there.
